Family loved it. I also used a can of cream of mushroom and added ground pepper and garlic powder. Also used beef broth instead of water. Agree you need more liquid to make it saucy. I kept adding the broth during the cooking process until I got the sauce how I wanted it.

The creamy meatballs and potatoes were delicious. The suggestions of another reviewer to add one cup of water and to use garlic powder and pepper in the sauce were great. I didn't have cream of onion soup on hand, so I caramelized some onion and substituted cream of mushroom soup.

My family really liked this dish. It will be cooked again for them. I used sliced new potatoes instead because it is quicker.I added about a cup of water to it all after it was all mixed together because it was to dry and not saucey. I let it boil for about 20 to 25 min and added some garlic powder and pepper. I also used swedish meatballs instead of plain it gave it great flavor. I doubled the recipe it was a good thing my husband wanted to know if I had leftovers.
