Have made this many times this summer. With a few changes to make it even simpler and quicker to make. Used a Pillsbury pie crust and baked according to directions. Mixed the limeade, Yoplait, vanilla instant pudding and 8 oz of lite whipped topping. Spooned it in the shell and viola, a masterpiece. Everyone loved it. I also used orange juice and lemonade for variety. So tangy and refreshing on a hot day. I usually make 2 pies, then give the other to another family. That uses the whole 12 oz can of juice.

This sounds great and i would love to make it for my dad who is diabetic. Do you think maybe instead of the limeade juice concentrate i could use sugar free lime koolaid and just make it stronger? Thanks!

This was very good but I think it would have been better with a graham cracker crust. The topping was wonderful!!

This recipe was super easy to make and it was very delicious. My squares looked exactly like the picture. Instead of a dollop of cool whip, I covered the entire pan with cool whip (that I had leftover since I used a large container for the filling). I then garnished the top with slices of lime. I would definitely make this recipe again.

This dessert tasted so good and was really cool and creamy. The down-side was that it didn't get firm and neat like the photo. Perhaps I beat in the Cool Whip and/or the green food coloring too long.
