Heat oven to 350°F. Place biscuits on cookie sheet as directed; flatten slightly. Bake as directed--except sprinkle top of each biscuit with 1 tablespoon cheese when 2 minutes of bake time are left.
Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, heat cooking sauce, chicken and frozen vegetables to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in remaining cheese until melted.
Split biscuits. Place bottoms of biscuits in shallow bowls; spoon sauce mixture over each. Place biscuit tops over chicken mixture.
