Creamy Black and Blue Pasta Salad

Colorful cheesy beans and steak salad made using Suddenly Salad® ranch and bacon salad mix - a filling dinner.

Ingredients

box (7.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® ranch and bacon salad mix
1/3
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4
cup sour cream
2
oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)

tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1
cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
1
red bell pepper, chopped
1/4
cup finely chopped red onion
1
package (6 oz) refrigerated seasoned steak strips, chopped

bag (6 oz) fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 Fill 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of water; heat to boiling. Add Pasta. Gently boil, uncovered, 12 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain well.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine Seasoning mix from packet, mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese and lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients except spinach. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • 3 Just before serving, place 2 cups of the spinach on each of 4 plates; divide pasta salad evenly over spinach.
