Family loved this recipe! I slightly modified it... I used apple pie filling instead of the apple and dates and placed slivered almonds on top of the biscuits before baking. No complaints and really easy to make!

I made these tonight with 2 changes...I added 1/2 tsp. of vanilla to the cream cheese mixture and I used 1/4 cup chopped walnuts in place of the dates. My husband said it was very good. I will bring the rest to work and let the guys taste test them.

I made these for my husband and now am making them again. I used canned pie filling and it worked great! They are so easy and are a great start to your day. I make a double batch and freeze them in freezer bags that way I can pop one or two out when ever I need them.

Made these for Christmas breakfast. They were SO good!!! My picky son-in-law ate several!!! Next time I will double the apples. Thinly sliced or chopped apples would definitely work well too.

We had these for the first time at a bed and breakfast and they were incredible. I have since made them at home. The only difference in the B & B version was that these were rolled in butter then in cinnamon and sugar and baked in muffin tins. So delicious
