TABLE SPOONS OF DRIED PARSLEY

CUP OF WHITE COOKING WINE
1/4
CUP OF GRATED WHITE ONION

TABLESPOON OF FLOUR

TEASPOONS OF CREOLE SEASONING.

  • 1 IN A GLASS PIE PAN, ROLL OUT ONE PIE CRUST AND CRUMPLE AROUND EDGES.
  • 2 IN A POT MELT BUTTER AND ADD ONION AND CRAWFISH TO SAUTE.
  • 3 THEN ADD FLOUR, WHIPPING CREAM AND WINE. STIR AND COOK TO A BOIL TO THICKEN.
  • 4 LOWER THE HEAT AND ADD SWISS CHEESE TO START TO MELT.
  • 5 ONCE MELTED, ADD ALL DRY INGREDIENTS AND STIR. ADD TO PIE CRUST IMMEDIATELY.
  • 6 UNROLL 2ND PIE CRUST ON TOP OF MIXTURE AND BAKE AT 350 UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
