I made this for our Thanksgiving potluck at work. It was delicious! Everyone loved it! It was a nice change from the traditional pecan pie. My only suggestion is that you either mix the eggs with the half & half or mix the eggs in quickly, because you don't want scrambled eggs in the pie mixture. Will definitely be making this again!
