cup sliced almonds

cup butter or margarine

cup packed brown sugar

cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

cup sweetened dried cranberries

  • 1 Heat oven to 300°F. In large bowl, mix snack mix and almonds.
  • 2 In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in brown sugar and juice concentrate. Microwave uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Pour over snack mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into ungreased large roasting pan.
  • 3 Bake uncovered 25 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Stir in cranberries. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool, about 30 minutes. Store in tightly covered container.
