While standing in line at the check out, I picked up the Pillsbury Classic Cookbook, Fall Baking. I paged through it and thought, what the heck, its only $2.25, I think I'll buy it. I have been making this bread recipe for Thanksgiving ever since. In the cookbook it is called Cranberry Surprise Loaf. The year was 1988.
