Forgot the egg and they still turned out great! Easy and pretty quick. I used a shot glass to cut the dough

Made these last night. So good. Yum. Very easy to make. Follow the directions to the letter and they'll come out perfect.

These appetizers are delicious and they are relatively easy to make. I made them for a Christmas party and they were a big hit.

These were delish and even for my picky fiance! Instead of pie dough i used puff pastry sheets and rolled them to be a little thinner so i could get two muffin pans worth of the shells.

I tried this with both goat cheese crumbles, and feta cheese. Both were great.

a regular muffin pan can be used, just crimp the pie dough so it holds the cheese. it may take longer to bake, so just watch the dough until it gets golden brown. it also needs to cool before removing from the pan.
handle with care, pie dough is fragile. make sure you eat one before serving to your guests, as there won't be any left over.

made this for a halloween party as a pre-test for a potential thanksgiving appetizer. it was a hit! ended up using regular size muffin tins and crimping the pie dough into almost a flower shape to hold the cheese. it made them a two or three bite app. will def make these at thanksgiving for my family.
