This is so easy and absolutely amazing. If you call the butcher, they can cut this piece of meat for you and tie it so all you do is stuff it and pop it in the oven. I made it for New Year's Day and my family is asking for it again. So, tonight to celebrate our new home, it is on the menu once again. I had my doubts about the stuffing but it is so moist and flavorful and the meat was so tender and juicy!! Can't wait until supper tonight. Serving it with fresh yeast rolls, tossed salad and steamed broccoli.
