Cranberry and Vanilla Chip Cookies

Ingredients

cup margarine or butter, softened

cups sugar

cup refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product, thawed, or 2 eggs

teaspoon imitation butter flavor

cups all purpose flour

cup rolled oats

teaspoons baking soda

teaspoon salt

cup sweetened dried cranberries

cup white vanilla chips

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine margarine and sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add egg product and butter flavor; mix well. Add flour, oats, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in cranberries and vanilla chips. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto sprayed cookie sheets.
  2. 2 Bake at 350°F. for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cool on wire racks 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
