EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

“Wraps” are the newest food trend. Food is enclosed in flat bread, such as tortillas, and eaten out of hand. Wrapped entrees are as simple as traditional burritos or as elegant as this gourmet crabmeat and avocado recipe.

Three-fourths cup of diced imitation crabmeat (surimi) can be used in place of the canned crabmeat.

To reduce each serving by about 6 grams of fat, use light Alfredo sauce.

Replace the alfredo sauce with mayonnaise or sandwich spread instead. Add a bit of fine minced garlic, and this is yummy!

I would not add the alfredo sauce per review above. I used mayonnaise instead and a bit of chopped garlic in its place. It was awsome this way. Very good when the temps are high and you have to eat! YUMMY! Hope all read reviews before making this.
