cup chopped green onions

cup nonfat cottage cheese

cup nonfat sour cream

teaspoon Dijon mustard

leaf lettuce leaves

medium tomato, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, combine imitation crabmeat, onions, celery, garlic powder, pepper, cottage cheese, sour cream and mustard; mix well.
  2. 2 Line 2 individual salad plates with lettuce. Spoon salad onto lettuce. Garnish with tomato wedges.
