Reading reviews in hope that I want to make is due to the fact that it sound YUMMY!!!!! Was reading the great review from pittstiller and am wondering why it only got 3 stars...just curious.. :)

I made this recipe this evening for dinner and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and delicious it was. I used a good quality canned crab meat and made as directed. I really enjoyed it and I will make it again. I have already spread the word to my friends about it.

I really like quiche and I'm always looking for a good combination. This was tasty (I used imitation crab meat) and all who tried it like it. There was something about it though that made me glad I tried it, but I would not make it again.

I made this for a potluck the other night...it was AMAZING! I used imitation crab meat and crumbled it up. I also forgot to buy provolone cheese, so I used Mozzarella cheese...I will be making this again for sure!!

This was excellent!!~ I did cheat a little and added 2 tablespoons of Cream Sherry to it to give that flavor of a bisque.
