Like a previous poster, this recipe only got 4 stars because I made a couple changes. First off- the meat. We put the whole roast in a crock-pot with some water and cook all day long while we are at work. Once home, we come home and shred the meat. Then put the filling together as directed once the meat is cooked. We like the texture better. We also prefer to use flour tortillas and we also top with sour cream.

This is a very tasty filling. I didn't give it a 5 star rating because I made changes which we believe is much better. I used flour tortillas, folded them like chimichangas, and fried them a bit like you would quesadillas. I also added a little shredded cheese to each burrito. Excellent!

The taco was fine the first time, however when reheated the flavor changed some, not for the better.
