I have tried this recipe, although I like to add Pico DeGallo, which has chopped tomatoes, onions, and celantro already chopped at my local store. Really gives it an extra taste of mexican flavor.

Instead of wasting water, let the corn drain naturally into a colander placed over a bowl. We like herbs well enough to double the amounts shown in the recipe.

Love this recipe. I also use one single herb at the time, but all three together is just great. Thank you for sharing.
