Ingredients

(15-oz.) can Green Giant™, Progresso™ or Old El Paso™ Black Beans, drained, rinsed
1
(11-oz.) can Green Giant™ SteamCrisp® Mexicorn® Whole Kernel Corn, Red and Green Peppers, drained

oz. (1/2 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4
cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4
cup Old El Paso™ Salsa
4
(8 or 9-inch) jalapeno flour tortillas

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine black beans, corn, cheese, cilantro and 1/4 cup salsa; mix well.
  2. 2 Spoon 1/4 of bean mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla; wrap each in foil.
  3. 3 Bake at 350°F. for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Serve with salsa, if desired.
