Cool and Creamy Fruit Salad

Serve this dessert-style salad in saucer-shaped champagne glasses or pretty glass bowls. Ladle it over slices of angel food cake for an easy shortcake.

Ingredients

(20-oz.) can chunk pineapple in unsweetened juice, undrained

(11-oz.) can mandarin orange segments, undrained

bananas, sliced

cups halved strawberries
1 1/2
cups halved seedless green grapes

cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed, drained

(3.4-oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
1/4
to 1/2 cup granola, pecan halves or whole almonds, if desired

Steps

  • 1 Drain pineapple and orange segments, reserving liquid in small bowl. Inlarge bowl, combine all fruit.
  • 2 Sprinkle pudding mix into reserved liquid; mix until combined and slightly thickened. Fold into fruit until well combined. Sprinkle with granola.
