Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil. In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in flour until well blended. Reshape into log; separate intp 2 halves. Refrigerate 1 half until needed.
Cut other half of dough into 1/4-inch slices. On foil-lined cookie sheet, arrange slices, slightly overlapping, in circle with 12-inch outer diameter. Repeat with remaining half of dough. Sprinkle with green sugar.
Bake 9 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on foil. When completely cooled, carefully remove foil. Decorate with candies and/or frosting as desired.
