Made it yesterday for Father's Day and it all went. Delicious served with vanilla ice cream. Will definitely make it again.

This Cookie Apple Cobbler is DELICIOUS! I was looking for a new twist on Apple pie for Thanksgiving this year & I found this recipe. I make just one and within 10 minutes this dessert was GONE & everyone who had some was asking for more & the family members who hadn't gotten there quick enough were asking me to make more right then and there! I even made these in a cupcake pan for individual ones, and they came out great too! This is a must have for family dinners/gatherings/parties & even for an every night dessert.
