Ingredients

cups Progresso™ reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend

cup uncooked converted rice

cup chopped broccoli
1/2
cup shredded carrot (about 1 medium)

jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained

Directions

  1. 1 In 3-quart saucepan, heat water, broth and seasoning blend to boiling. Stir in rice; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  2. 2 Stir in broccoli and carrot. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until rice and broccoli are tender. Stir in pimientos. Let stand 5 minutes.
