cups cubed (1/2-inch) fresh or day-old Italian bread

cup coarsely chopped turkey pepperoni

oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

(14.5-oz.) can chunky pizza sauce

cups skim milk

cup nonfat cottage cheese

teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

oz. (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer bread cubes, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese evenly in sprayed baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over top.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, combine eggs, egg whites and milk; blend well. Stir in cottage cheese and Italian seasoning. Pour mixture over layers in baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. 3 Heat oven to 350°F. Uncover baking dish. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
