Colorful Mozzarella Chicken Pasta with Grands

A simple, easy-to-make dish with plenty of flavor! The tri-color rotini adds some color,and the Grands biscuits are a good replacement for cut bread slices or plain rolls.

Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers Buttermilk Refrigerated Biscuits 16.3 oz (8 ct)

thin-sliced chicken breasts
1/2
a ball of fresh mozarella cheese (cut into chunks)

pkg. tri-color (or plain) rotini
2
tsp of extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  • 1 Pre-heat oven to 325. Prepare rotini according to instructions on package; then drain and cover. When oven has reached the temperature, place biscuits inside.
  • 2 Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken;cook until tender (you will see juices when you push fork into it), about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 Mix together pasta, chicken, and mozzarella, letting the cheese melt onto it. Remove Grands from oven, and serve hot as a side to pasta dish.
