Cold Thai Noodles with Shrimp
Flavors blend perfectly in a peanutty pasta salad.
oz uncooked spaghetti
oz fresh snow pea pods, trimmed, cut diagonally into thirds
medium red bell pepper, cut into thin lengthwise strips
lb cooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
cup Thai peanut sauce
Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package. Rinse with cold water to cool.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine pea pods, bell pepper, shrimp and peanut sauce. Add cooked spaghetti; toss gently to mix.
