Ingredients

oz uncooked spaghetti

oz fresh snow pea pods, trimmed, cut diagonally into thirds
1/2
medium red bell pepper, cut into thin lengthwise strips
1/2
lb cooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1/2
cup Thai peanut sauce

Directions

  1. 1 Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package. Rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine pea pods, bell pepper, shrimp and peanut sauce. Add cooked spaghetti; toss gently to mix.
