Cold Roast Beef Sandwich Pizza

Beef, tomatoes mixed with lettuce and Italian salad dressing makes delicious sandwich pizza – ready in 25 minutes.

cup cream cheese with chives and onion (from 8-oz tub)

cup mayonnaise

tablespoons purchased creamy horseradish sauce

(16-oz) prebaked Italian pizza crust

oz deli roast beef, cut into bite-sized strips (1 1/2 cups)

cups plum (Roma) tomatoes, coarsely chopped

cup shredded romaine lettuce

cup purchased Italian salad dressing
  • 1 In small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish sauce; mix well. Spread evenly over pizza crust.
  • 2 In medium bowl, combine roast beef, tomatoes, lettuce and dressing; toss gently to coat. Top pizza crust with roast beef mixture. To serve, cut into wedges.
