Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; mix well. Add chocolate, peanuts and coconut.
Drop dough by 1/4 cup measurement 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F. for 13 to 15 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely.
In small bowl, blend glaze ingredients, adding 1 tablespoon of water at a time for desired consistency. Drizzle over cookies.
