I thought the cake was delicious but the icing is way too sweet. I will use cake recipe with a different icing. I made into layer cake and came out just fine

I do not recommend this recipe. I think next time I will opt to make it from scratch and will chose a recipe from another website.

I live in Cocoville, la. . Coconut cake capitol of the world (I THINK). Needless to say everyone loved my cake and thought it was made from scrach. And did I tell them any diffrent..NOT...lol. It's a must try cake and sooo easy.

OMG EVERYONE LOVES THIS CAKE JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF COCONUT FLAVOR AND SO MOIST. IT GOES SO QUICKLY. HAVE BROUGHT IT TO MANY GATHERINGS ALSO. ALWAYS A HIT.
