I tried this recipe and absolutly love it! It was easy, tasty and looks as if I had a professional baker make it. My friends and family were delighted to taste this Cocunut -Almond doughnut pop-ems I give 5 stars to Kathy Matulewicz, she is sure to be a winner.

A fantastic recipe! Really simple to make. The flavors are very well-balanced. The only problem is it is impossible to eat only one! A great job, Ms. Matulewicz. Good luck the rest of the way in the competition.
