Ingredients

slices reduced-sodium bacon, halved

flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)
1/2
cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2
cup chunky-style salsa

large leaves romaine
1 1/2
cups chopped cooked turkey (about 1/2 lb)

Directions

  1. 1 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, heat tortillas as directed on package. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and salsa.
  3. 3 Top each warm tortilla evenly with lettuce, turkey, mayonnaise mixture and bacon. Fold both sides of each tortilla towards center, overlapping slightly; secure each with 2 toothpicks. Cut each in half. Wrap each wrap securely with foil; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
