This is the best pot pie recipe I have ever made. I love the flavors of the vegetables and white sauce. It reheats beautifully too. I have also made the recipe with leftover turkey. Delicious!

Awesome recipe! I usually only use one pie crust as a topper to trim a few calories. The filling sets up nicely even without the bottom crust. And it's an easy, tasty way to use leftover chicken or turkey.

This is the first time I've made a pot pie. This recipe was easy and full of flavor, much better than frozen pre-made ones. I didn't alter the recipe at all.

Completely delicious! I had made traditional Jewish chicken soup and decided to use some of the breast meat for this recipe. WOW-the flavor was amazing. (I think using that chicken was the key!) LOVED the veggies and flaky pie crust.

I've used this recipe for 15 years. It used to take a lot longer to prep when I was nervous about doing it all, but these days, it's a breeze... nothin like makin a roux to make you feel like you've fed your family. this recipe used to be in the box of pillsbury pie crust. i was a little sad to find out that it's not in there anymore, but glad to see it online. I saved it as a pdf for future use. Please keep it up for us. It's one of my favorites. Even Martha Stewart has nothin on Pillspury roll out pie crusts... no need to try and improve on perfection! Have been making this for years. My hubby, who Is not a fan of chicken, rates this recipe highly So, it must be good!

This is by far the BEST chicken pot pie I have ever eaten, let alone made myself! Most of the time the crust is too dry and the inside is too runny, but not this one. This is the perfect meal for grown-ups and kids alike! Enjoy!!
