Cook linguine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring constantly. Stir in parsley, oregano, basil, pepper, wine and reserved clam liquid. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add clams; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve sauce over cooked linguine. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
