Citrus Salad with Poppy Seed-Honey Dressing

Poppy seed and honey dressing provides a delicious addition to this fruit salad that's ready in 10 minutes - a perfect side dish.

teaspoon grated lemon peel

teaspoons lemon juice

teaspoon poppy seed

clementines or tangerines, peeled, divided into segments

red grapefruit, peeled, divided into segments

kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and slices cut in half
  • 1 In small bowl, mix honey, lemon peel, lemon juice and poppy seed.
  • 2 Remove membrane from clementine and grapefruit segments if desired. Cut each section into bite-size pieces.
  • 3 In small serving bowl, mix clementines, grapefruit, kiwifruit and honey mixture.
