Ingredients

  • 1 cup red grapefruit juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling white wine or champagne, chilled
  • Red grapefruit or orange wedges or slices, if desired

Steps

  • 1
    In pitcher, mix juices and syrup. Pour evenly into 5 tall glasses or champagne flutes. Add sparkling wine to fill glasses or flutes. Garnish with citrus wedges or slices. Serve immediately.

  • Substitute blood orange juice for regular orange juice.
