Expert Tips

Shellfish, such as shrimp and clams, is a good source of vitamin B-12. Our bodies need B-12 to help break down foods to give us plenty of energy.

Be sure to serve plenty of hearty bread with this fish stew so everyone can sop up every last drop of the wonderful broth in the bottom of the bowl.
