Used the "three recipes on hand" to find this as I had a can of just regular Pillsbury biscuits and had a craving for cinnamon rolls. I did not pull them apart and just dipped in butter and the cinnamon/sugar mix and baked at 400 for eight minutes(so it made 10 "doughnuts". I thought they might be a bit doughy as the can says to bake plain biscuits at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes but in a round pan. They turned out perfectly! Word of warning, they go quick!

Good recipe! I didn't take apart the biscuits since we don't eat a lot of sugar, so I just buttered the biscuit whole then rolled it in the cinnamon sugar. Came out great!javascript:void(0);

I don't know what happened. Mine did not look anything like the picture, or resemble a donut. I used real butter to dip the layers in. Put the first tray in for 8 minutes and quite a few were burned. So much smoke I thought the smoke alarm would go off. Next tray put in for 6. They were better, but still hard and crisp. The butter and sugar made a thick glaze on the pan. The snackers were very hard to remove, even when hot. They tasted ok. Perhaps if they were not burned a little, they would have tasted better.

Just made these and they are great. I made a few small changes though. I cut my biscuits into 4ths since the ones I had were not flaky and would not seperate. And instead of greasing a cookie sheet I just covered it with foil for super simple clean up. I used to make a version of this that was fried then dipped in the cinnamon sugar. I like this better. Less mess and a little better for you.

Faboulous inexpensive snack that is easy to make. I used them for a customer appreciation day at the store where I work. The cost was a big factor and the time to prepare. Will use this one again and again. Thanks.
