The recipe for this wonderful and easy treat has been around for ages. I made these for my husband before we were married. We called them 5 minute coffee cakes because that's how long it took to get it put together and pop it in the oven. It's as wonderful and easy to make now as it was back then - in 1969. Timeless!

my new staple little something sweet to bring to any get together from a playdate to holiday party. Everyone just loves them and they are gone in minutes. Best too because it's simple and quick to make:)

This is definitely a keeper. It is absolutely delicious. Easy to make. I needed to use a bit more sugar & cinnamon though. My husband says I can make it again!

Quite easy to make and the crowd loves it! Sometimes, I sneak in a bit of orange peel and it's lucky to make it to the table.

This cinnamon sugar pull apart loaf coulnd't be easier. I made it for Christmas morning breakfast, and even my pickiest eaters were very pleased. I will definitely make this again. People were even asking me for the recipe.

I made this for my Sunday School class this AM and there was nothing left-- not even a crumb of the cinnamon topping :)

I rated this for the tastes. I cut it into 6 pcs like suggested here. I used Splenda sugars and cinnamon, and I used my healthier butter spread. I decided to make these in a regular sized muffin pan. The problem I had was with the temp. of baking and timing.I baked the at 400 degrees as on recipe and for 20 minutes. The bottoms were black and hard and they came out on the dryer side. They were definitely over baked at that setting and time. I am going to try them again and will back them at a lower temp , maybe 350 for the same amount of time. Overall the taste was good. My daughter suggested I add a topping so they would taste more like cinnamon rolls. I may add that too next time.
