Delicious! Have made 3 times! Has anyone tried to make it presented in one layer (on a cookie sheet) and not layered in a loaf pan? I would think that with all sides exposed, it would more evenly cook and provide crunch on all sides.

I made this a while back and wow. It's amazing how a can of biscuits, a little butter, sugar and cinnamon and 20 minutes can cure that sweet tooth!

I don't have a rating yet since I plan to make this this weekend, but I have a question. Has anyone made this in a convection oven? I have a new convection oven that I just "have to" play with. The only kind of loaf pans I have are the dark coated kind, and I don't have a Bundt pan anymore since the old one was icky. I've got different sized Pyrex bake-ware but I'm not sure how well that would work. Any suggestions of what I could use, what temp., and how long to bake? Thank you guys! :)
