Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
In medium bowl, stir muffin mix, milk, oil and eggs just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
Coarsely crush cereal. In small bowl, mix streusel from packet and cereal. Sprinkle mixture over batter in each cup; press lightly.
Bake 16 to 21 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
