Peaches, either halves or slices in syrup, can be substituted for the pear halves, and blueberry pie filling substituted for the cherry pie filling.

Cooking for 5 report Posted Feb. 1, 2008 5:50 PM
We tried this with frozen blueberries and it was wonderful. I took 5 cups frozen blueberries. Two tablespoons sugar. 2 teaspoons cinnamon. 1 Tablespoon all purpose flour. Put in Pyrex bowl and cooked for 5 minutes on high (covered). Poured the steaming hot blueberry mixture into 8 x 8 baking dish. Placed cinnamon rolls on top of hot fruit and cooked for 20 minutes until rolls were golden brown on top. Removed from oven, added frosting (which really is not necessary, BTW). Served at once in bowls w/the cinnamon rolls on the bottom of the bowl and the blueberries spooned on top. My kids are generally very light eaters and they each wanted 2nds!

Whenever I made these cinnamon rolls, the would always burn at the bottom. Everyone who ate them never liked them. I tried lowering cook time. All iit did was not cook he top, and just barely crisp the bottom. No one like gooey cinnamon rolls either. I tried a lower temp, and finaly they were just right....... but it took alot of time.
