This got rave reviews for a holiday brunch. i would simmer the brown sugar and butter to caramelize it before putting it in the bottom of the pan. it was a little granular. the orange zest adds a lot of flavor.

Wow, what a hit! The cinnamon roll coffee cake was incredibly tasty and was quickly gone. Many have asked for this recipe and I would recommend it to anyone serving many people. It is so easy to fix, stores very well, and is a crowd pleaser. I made mine the night before and cooked in the morning before breakfast. It did well that way, but make sure to spray your pan well before putting in the ingredients. We will definitely use this recipe again.

This recipe is absolutely delicious!! Had company on the weekend and made this for Sunday brunch--great choice. They compared them to the famous buns. I put raisins on half of pan and pecans on half. Try it, you'll be glad you did!!

I made this on Christmas morning while the kids were still sleeping. It was fantastic and so easy, and since it served so many, we shared it with apartment neighbors!
