I have done something similar for a morning snack at church but I unroll each roll, cut and re-roll the dough. They could be cut in half or in thirds. It makes a nice snack size with coffee.

When family visits us from England, they love taking these cinnamon rolls home with them. I freeze them for 2 hours, place containers in zip lock bags, they roll them up in their clothes in the suitcase. So far they have traveled well and baked up beautifully. These rolls are absolutely top notch. Can't imagine cutting them into fourths would harm their appeal in any way. I'll try them in the morning.

Someone really took the time to tell us to cut the rolls! Wow, who would ever thought of that. For the person who said they did not rise from the freezer, they used the wrong product!

all you are doing is cutting up the already made rolls
