    In large bowl, stir raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, vanilla and brandy with whisk until combined. Add apples; toss to combine. Let stand 25 to 30 minutes to blend flavors.

    Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 3
    Place pie crust in 9-inch tart pan as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie. Arrange apple slices in circular pattern in crust-lined pan. Pour raisin mixture evenly over apples.

    Bake about 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and apples are tender.
