cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal

cup Fiber One™ original bran cereal

cups flaked coconut

cup pecan halves

cup blanched whole almonds

cup sunflower nuts

cup wheat germ
1/2
cup ground flax seed

teaspoon salt

teaspoon ground cinnamon

cup chopped dried apricots

cup banana chips

cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/2
cup dried cherries
1/2
cup golden raisins
1/4
cup vegetable oil
1
can (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 300°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, place both cereals, coconut, pecans, almonds, sunflower nuts, wheat germ, flax seed, salt and cinnamon; mix well. In small bowl, mix oil and condensed milk. Pour over cereal mixture; toss until well coated. Spread evenly in pan.
  2. 2 Bake 50 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to break up any large clumps, until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes.
  3. 3 In large bowl, mix cereal mixture, apricots, banana chips, cranberries, cherries and raisins. Store in tightly covered container.
