cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch® cereal

cup Fiber One® original bran cereal
1 1/2
cups flaked coconut
1
cup pecan halves
1
cup blanched whole almonds
1/2
cup sunflower nuts
1/2
cup wheat germ
1/2
cup ground flax seed
1
teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1
cup chopped dried apricots
1
cup banana chips
1
cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/2
cup dried cherries
1/2
cup golden raisins
1/4
cup vegetable oil
1
can (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
DIRECTIONS
  • Heat oven to 300°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, place both cereals, coconut, pecans, almonds, sunflower nuts, wheat germ, flax seed, salt and cinnamon; mix well. In small bowl, mix oil and condensed milk. Pour over cereal mixture; toss until well coated. Spread evenly in pan.
  • Bake 50 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to break up any large clumps, until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes.
  • In large bowl, mix cereal mixture, apricots, banana chips, cranberries, cherries and raisins. Store in tightly covered container.
