Meatballs

lb. lean ground beef

cup Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs

tablespoon instant minced onion
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/8
teaspoon pepper
1/4
cup milk
1
egg, slightly beaten

Sauce

1/2
cup chutney
1/2
cup ketchup
1
(8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1
teaspoon grated ginger root

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Place in ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  2. 2 Bake at 375°F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until meatballs are browned and thoroughly cooked in center.
  3. 3 In large saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until bubbly.
  4. 4 Add meatballs to sauce; stir to coat. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
