Chunky Beef and Pork Chili

Ingredients

lb. beef round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

lb. pork shoulder steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

cup chopped onions

garlic cloves, minced

(15-oz.) can tomato sauce
1
(12-oz.) jar chunky-style salsa

teaspoons dried Mexican seasoning

medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except bell pepper; mix well.
