Wow, this sounds really good, but after reading the calories, fat, etc, how could this even make a bake off. This is what is so unhealthy about eating. I love food, and I may try it, but with changes and probably have to leave off the biscuits and figure out something else.

Just a tip...make sure the beef mixture is boiling or very hot before you top with the biscuits and the bottoms will cook quicker...also I lower the oven to 375 so the tops won't brown to quickly. I like to use the flaky layer biscuits...and sometimes I split them in half which of course cooks all the way through better.

Very tasty easy to make. Definately will make again.

I ended up using 4 cups of hashbrowns instead of 2.5. Also biscuits took way longer to bake and got too brown had to cover and cook longer. If making again I would cook biscuits separately and place on top before serving. Also I would sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Thought it was ok. Not sure if I will make again. Boyfriend loved it!

Not bad but with all the other recipes out there I don't think I'll be making this again. The biscuits take longer to cook through than the directions say. This isn't a healthy meal.

Tried this recipe the other night, and my whole family loved it! I wouldn't change a thing.
