So good! My 20 year old son fell in love with these at Christmas. A little sweet for me, but a huge hit at all the parties.

It's easy to make these, but they are very sweet, so not much icing is needed...I deleted the sprinkles b/c even my kids said they were too sweet.

Sooo easy and festive looking... My kids and husband have already devoured most of them, and I just made two recipes yesterday! Will add these to our "every year" list!!!

Use Coolwhip Lite, mixed with crushed candy canes for filling.

We made these for a Children's play at Church - they disappeared so fast they were gone by the time we got through the line. Today we made them with the Snowman cookies and rolled them in peppermint and chocolate sprinkles. Yummy.

I have been doing these sandwiches for years to include in my cookie baskets that I give out to family and friends. I find that the cream cheese frosting is better instead of the plain old vanilla. But I hadn't see the sprinkles until I looked at the recipe here. So guess everyone is getting sprinkles this year! My mom will be so happy she loves to put sprinkles on all the cookies.

I am not a fan of frosting so I used Marshmallow fluff unsted. It was soooo tasty!!!
