Christmas Caramel Bars

Celebrate the holidays with these festive caramel bars made using just five ingredients and 20 minutes of preparation!

Ingredients

cup firmly packed brown sugar

cup light corn syrup

cup creamy peanut butter

cups red and green crisp rice cereal

cup butterscotch chips, melted
  • 1 Grease 13x9-inch pan. In large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine brown sugar and corn syrup; mix well. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  • 2 Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in cereal. Gently press mixture into greased pan. Pour melted chips over bars; spread evenly. Cool at least 1 hour. Cut into bars.
