Ingredients

cup firmly packed brown sugar

cup light corn syrup

cup creamy peanut butter

cups red and green crisp rice cereal

cup butterscotch chips, melted

Directions

  1. 1 Grease 13x9-inch pan. In large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine brown sugar and corn syrup; mix well. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  2. 2 Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in cereal. Gently press mixture into greased pan. Pour melted chips over bars; spread evenly. Cool at least 1 hour. Cut into bars.
